CRC Leadership Team

The CRC Leadership Team is a non-hierarchical decision-making body which actively participates in the life of the CRC learning community. We work to together to focus CRC's financial and human resources on mission-related programming, including staff training and professional development, student social and academic program development, academic support services, and promotion of student interaction with University Faculty and Academic Staff.

Collectively we:

• Provide leadership and vision aligning the CRC Mission with the values of University Housing and the College of Letters and Science.
• Attend CRC events and participate in its community
• Advise, supervise, and mentor student staff
• Promote a diverse and inclusive community tolerant of racial, cultural, economic, sexual orientation, ethnic, and religious differences
• Develop and sustain relationships with diverse campus and community networks
• Establish and maintain administrative procedures, policies, and structures for efficient completion of tasks and effective program operation
• Develop and oversee the budget
