Typical Costs for 2010-11 Students
The projected annual rates for 2010-11, listed below, are subject to approval by the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents in Summer 2010. Rates include housing during Thanksgiving recess and spring break.
Most new residents are assigned to a double room. Amounts listed are per resident.

| Our dining program is entirely à la carte—unlike most campuses, we do not require a minimum purchase of food or meals. The average amount that residents spent with the Housing Food Account last year was $1,174; costs vary by individual choice. | ||

Learning communities
The residential learning communities require a program fee in addition to the room rates listed above. Program fees for the academic year range from $200–$300. See hall descriptions for details. Scholarships are available.
