Events and Involvement in Bradley!
Bradley Programs
BIGS
Do you feel passionately about something and want the opportunity to meet others who share your interest? Is there something you've always wanted to learn how to do, but haven't had the space or resources to do it? Start a BIG! BIGs are Bradley Interest Groups, groups both formed and led by Bradley residents. BIGs can use BLC space to meet, can apply for funding from Bradley Board for resources, and can put on events for the community! Past BIGS have ranged from economics to international cooking, Irish dancing to pirates, and even duct tape art! To start or join a BIG, contact Mary Kate Bruckbauer at MaryKate.bruckbauer@housing.wisc.edu.
Bradley Board
The Bradley Board is your hall organization. Why should this matter to you? Because this is who you need to talk to if you would like to see your events happen here in Bradley! Do you want to form a trip to the IMAX theater? Or maybe you want to go to Six Flags? Or are you interested in bringing yoga/dance/martial arts instructors to the community? In any case, you should go to a Board meeting to get the support you need to make your event happen. The Bradley Board meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7pm, alternating between small group floor meetings and large group all-hall meetings. Wing Execs are decided upon in September. Talk to Jesse Wahl, Program Coordinator, in the ResLife Office if you would like more information.
