5 cr (P-E). Principles and application of chemical equilibrium, coordination chemistry, oxidation-reduction and electrochemistry, kinetics, nuclear chemistry, introduction to organic chemistry. Communication Arts 100:Introduction to Speech Composition
3 cr (a-E). Teaches students to give effective oral presentations in a variety of public speaking situations and to become better consumers of written and oral discourse. Students will also learn basic composition and outlining skills as well as library research techniques. P: Open to Fr.
