on-line reservation schedule for summer 2008 is listed below. For each of the conferences, a link for making on-line reservations as well as a link to a printable version of the form is available below. Please choose the reservation method which is most convenient for you:

Reservations are being taken for accommodations in Smith Hall, a University residence hall at 35 North Park Street, located four blocks from the Law School. Rooms are available either as double or single occupancy, all with single/twin beds. Smith Hall will be open to receive guests beginning Saturday, June 14 at 12:00 p.m. All guests must be checked out by Saturday, June 21 at 11:00 a.m. This residence hall operates a 24-hour desk for your convenience.

Smith Hall will be open to receive guests beginning Saturday, July 12 at 12:00 p.m. and will be available until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 25. Reservations are due by Friday, June 13.

Rooms are available either as double or single occupancy, all with single/twin beds. Ogg Hall will be open to receive guests at the hall desk beginning on Sunday, August 3 after 9:00 a.m.; check-out is available anytime through Wednesday, August 6 by 12:00 p.m.

Reservations are being taken for accommodations in Chadbourne Hall, a recently remodeled residence hall at 420 N. Park Street, and the adjacent Barnard Hall located at 970 University Avenue. Rooms are available either as double or single occupancy, all with single/twin beds. Maximum occupancy is two persons per room. All youth (under age 18) must be supervised by an adult. Families bringing children younger than age 8 must stay in alternative accommodations. Barnard and Chadbourne Halls will be open to receive guests beginning Friday, July 18, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) and will be available until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Sunday, July 27, 2008. This residence hall operates a 24-hour desk for your convenience.
