| Reservations are being taken for accommodations in Chadbourne Hall, a recently remodeled residence hall at 420 N. Park Street, and the adjacent Barnard Hall located at 970 University Avenue. Rooms are available either as double or single occupancy, all with single/twin beds. Maximum occupancy is two persons per room. All youth (under age 18) must be supervised by an adult. Families bringing children younger than age 8 must stay in alternative accommodations. Barnard and Chadbourne Halls will be open to receive guests beginning Friday, July 18, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) and will be available until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Sunday, July 27, 2008. This residence hall operates a 24-hour desk for your convenience.

| Housing Information |

| Each room will be air-conditioned and has a small refrigerator. Bed linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, washcloths, soap, and drinking cups are provided. Each bathroom provides private shower areas and serves guests on the wing. Men and women will be assigned to separate bathrooms. Free wired high-speed Internet and digital TV connections are available in the guest rooms for your laptop computer. Barnard and Chadbourne Halls provide televisions and wireless Internet access in the floor lounges. Laundry facilities, vending machines and ice machines are provided in the building. All facility areas, including guest rooms, are smoke-free. |

| Pricing Information |

| The nightly rate for accommodations and breakfast is $19.00 per person for double occupancy ($38.00/room) and $38.00 per person for single occupancy. No refunds can be made for missed meals or nights of lodging. All adjustments to your reservation dates should be completed at the time of check-in if your plans changed after the reservation deadline. Please send no payment with this reservation. All payments should be made upon arrival. University Housing accepts MasterCard, VISA and cash in U.S. currency. No checks, please. |
