Join us over a Meal

When was the last time you ate in a dining hall? Beginning in late fall 2008 you are in for a real treat. The food service has done a major renovation of the Chadbourne cafeteria. This new facility is called Rheta’s, in honor of Housing’s former food service director whose pioneering vision replaced traditional meal plans with the customer-focused à la carte system we use today.

Rheta’s Features

• A new marketplace-style service will feature hot and cold food selections and several specialty stations (such as a Mongolian grill)
• A grab-and-go area, called Now or Later, with packaged grocery items, ice cream, and specialty coffee.
• University Housing’s first-ever Kosher kitchen, the only one in the state of Wisconsin
• Delivery service will be available

If you would like to have a meal with CRC students, we will provide you a meal card and connect you with some CRC students who will dine with you.
