CRC Leadership Team

The CRC Leadership Team is a non-hierarchical decision-making body which actively participates in the life of the CRC learning community. We work to together to focus CRC's financial and human resources on mission-related programming, including staff training and professional development, student social and academic program development, academic support services, and promotion of student interaction with University Faculty and Academic Staff.

Collectively we:

Provide leadership and vision aligning the CRC Mission with the values of University Housing and the College of Letters and Science.
Attend CRC events and participate in its community
Advise, supervise, and mentor student staff
Promote a diverse and inclusive community tolerant of racial, cultural, economic, sexual orientation, ethnic, and religious differences
Develop and sustain relationships with diverse campus and community networks
Establish and maintain administrative procedures, policies, and structures for efficient completion of tasks and effective program operation
Develop and oversee the budget
