Nutritional Information
The Division of Housing offers several methods for finding nutrition information for items served in our food units. When you are in a unit you can refer to the signs on the serving line or look up items in the Nutritional Information binder.
When eating at our units, be sure to look for these symbols on our signs:
This symbol indicates vegan items, which contain no meat, eggs or dairy products.
This symbol indicates vegetarian items, which contain no meat.
Please click on the links below to view nutritional information
for the food served in University
Housing dining facilities. You should also be able to
use your browser's search function within the tables that
will display.
All of these resources are there so you can make informed decisions about your food choices. We have tried to ensure this information is as accurate as possible but we are not able to guarantee 100% accuracy. Discrepancies may develop as products or recipes change. Portions will vary at least slightly and any additions at the condiment table for instance will affect the actual nutritional content of an item.
As with nutritional information from any source you should use the data as a guideline to help you reach an overall balanced diet during your stay with Housing. If you are concerned about your diet or nutrition we have a number of Registered Dietitians on staff that would be available to speak to you. Any questions or comments may be directed to:
