University Housing Diversity Programs
Diversity Programs and Initiatives: University Housing is committed to creating an environment that helps all students feel welcome and included. This means that we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment for students of all racial/ethnic, cultural, sexual orientation, gender identity and religious backgrounds. Diversity Programs and Initiatives is central to achieving Housing's commitment to diversity.

LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) Liaisons: The LGBT Liaisons are here to make sure that Housing is a supportive and open place for lgbt issues.  Though the liaisons are both very different people, they share a commitment to making sure that every single student (whether they are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender or straight) feels comfortable and welcome in their residence hall communities.

Multicultural Learning CommunityCo-sponsored by the College of Letters and Science and the School of Education, the Multicultural Learning Community (MLC) is open to anyone who is interested in living in a diverse community and actively participating in a broad range of social and cultural activities with an emphasis on cultural heritage and ethnic diversity.
