Nutritional Information

University Housing Food Service offers several methods for finding nutrition information for items served in our food units. When you are in a unit you can refer to the signs on the serving line or look up items in the Nutritional Information binder.

All of these resources are there so you can make informed decisions about your food choices. We have tried to ensure this information is as accurate as possible but we are not able to guarantee 100% accuracy. Discrepancies may develop as products or recipes change. Portions will vary at least slightly and any additions at the condiment table for instance will affect the actual nutritional content of an item.
