Deposits

Deposits are a required part of the legal transaction for a University Residence Halls contract. The deposit along with a signed contract means that you have entered into a legally binding agreement with the Division of University Housing.

Academic Year 2012-13

Contracts for Academic year 2012-13 require a deposit. You will want to review our 2012-13 Cancellation Policy which specifies the criteria that must be met for a refund of any deposit. Your fourth quarter bill will be reduced by any deposits and advance payments you have made.

Summer Session 2012

Your deposit/payment amount due will appear on your Summer Session contract and the amount covers all charges for the Summer Sessions you selected on your application. Students who cancel a Summer Session contract due to non-attendance should review our Summer 2012 Cancellation Policy.
