How to Reapply

January 22nd – February 1st

All students complete their Notice of Intent online in My UW Housing. Those who wish to return to their same room may complete their contract and submit a deposit immediately.

February 13th

Students who wish to search for a different room or hall in University Housing will be emailed an access date and time to login to My UW Housing.

February 18th – 21st

Students select a new room/hall by logging in to My UW Housing at their designated date & time.

February 22nd

Online contracts due with $300 deposit.

Live Among Friends

Returning residents interested in living in a group together should complete the request form and submit it to the Assignment Office by February 1st for full consideration (6 person minimum).
 
Groups of less than 4 rooms, such as two students wishing to be roommates, can choose the same room together during selection in My UW Housing. Our staff is always available to help with this process.

Roommate Requests

Two students interested in becoming roommates should preference one another when completing the Notice of Intent online (available in January and due Febraury 1st). Students will then be granted the same access time to login to My UW Housing to select the same room. Current residents interested in living with an incoming resident should complete the provided form when submitting their roommate request in My UW Housing.
