How to Apply Harvey Street Apartments
To apply for an apartment at Harvey Street, you can apply online, or you may download and print an application. If you choose to download the application, it may faxed or mailed:

Should I sign the lease?
Please read through this checklist to determine if you should accept an offer and sign a lease with University Apartments.
- Are you able to commit to paying rent on the date your lease begins?
- Are you able to send a deposit ($300) at this time?
- Have you received your student visa (if applicable)?
- Has your academic department admitted you?
- Have you been accepted by the UW Graduate school, Admissions office, or other UW Madison school?
If you answer "NO" to any of these questions, you may wish to resolve that issue before signing a lease with University Apartments.
Once you sign a lease, you are obligated to pay a minimum of 90 days rent, even if you are unable to attend the University.
