In the Center of Everything
Elizabeth Waters Hall (Liz) is centrally located in the heart of campus along the shores of Lake Mendota. Liz provides convenient access to libraries, the student unions, classrooms, and local Madison attractions, though with everything going on inside, you might not even need to leave the building.
Residents of Liz have a full array of services under one roof, including a dining room, technology learning center, on-site tutoring, and study spaces. Our diverse resident population of new and continuing students promotes a strong sense of community and makes living in Liz a memorable experience.
The Elizabeth Waters Hall Association (EWHA) provides many leadership and involvement opportunities. Join interest groups such as the Justice League, cooking/baking group, juggling crew, Winter Lake Jumping group or start your own interest groups with hall funding and staff support.
When you need to take a break, take advantage of the DVD collection (with over 200 DVDs), Play Station 2, DDR, pool table, table tennis and more than 30 board games.
