The Division of University Housing's 2004-20 Construction & Renovation Master Plan will allow UW-Madison to guarantee housing for all freshmen and meet the needs of tomorrow's students past 2020. Already the plan has constructed three new residence halls (Dejope, Ogg, and Smith), renovated five existing residence halls (Adams, Barnard, Chadbourne, Merit, and Tripp), built two new dining facilities (Gordon Avenue Market in the Gordon Dining & Event Center and Four Lakes Market in Dejope Residence Hall) and renovated one existing dining venue (Rheta's in Chadbourne Residence Hall). In the next decade, University Housing will construct one new residence hall (New 32), renovate a historic dining space (Carson Gulley Commons) and renovate an additional eight residence halls and dining venues.
