Lakeshore Hall – Phase 2
Construction Schedule: May 2012 - July 2013
Lakeshore Hall - Phase 2 will be a new residence hall centrally located in the lakeshore neighboorhood south of Kronshage Hall (Showerman House) and east of Holt Commons and Cole Hall on the current location of parking lot 32. The new four story hall, set to open for Academic Year 2013-14, will feature:
- Approximately 172 beds
- Bathrooms shared by a maximum of ten residents
- Kitchenette and lounge on each floor
- Greenhouse on fourth floor
- Classroom on site
- Laundry facilites on site
