Construction Schedule: 2018 and 2019

The central building core, first floor, and basement areas will be renovated and expanded to accommodate new elevators and improved common space and bathrooms. The HVAC system (heating and air conditioning system) will be upgraded, adding individual heat controls in each room and air conditioning throughout the hall. New windows will also be included in the project.
