African American Studies - Multiculturalism in Societal Places And Other Spaces

The purpose of this course is to investigate multiculturalism in individual, societal, and institutional spaces. MLC residents have a thrist to understand the problems and issues, as well as, the benefits and contributions of human diversity. Learning is a lifelong experience, so MLC residents seek this understanding to constructively shape their actions and behavior in order to be successful and caring students and citizens, and to prepare to work and serve others.

All MLC residents are encouraged to enroll in an essential, for credit, progressive seminar course on multicultural education. This seminar is a cornerstone of the MLC experience, conveniently located in the MSC Satellite across the street from Witte Hall. Register for this course at the Witte CCAS advising table at SOAR.
