Deposits

Deposits are a required part of the legal transaction for a University Residence Halls contract. The deposit along with a signed contract means that you have entered into a legally binding agreement with the Division of University Housing.

University Residence Halls Contract deposits are a separate and different payment than the Admissions enrollment deposit.

Academic Year 2013-14

Contracts for Academic year 2013-14 will require an initial $50 deposit. You will want to review our 2013-14 Cancellation Policy which specifies the criteria that must be met for a refund of any deposit. Your fourth quarter bill will be reduced by any deposits and advance payments you have made.

Spring Semester 2013

Spring Semester contracts require a $300 deposit which is applied to the last quarterly bill that is sent in February. Students who cancel a Spring Semester contract due to non-attendance should review our 2012-13 Cancellation Policy.

Summer Session 2013

Your deposit/payment amount due will appear on your Summer Session contract and the amount covers all charges for the Summer Sessions you selected on your application.
