Billing Schedule

What you need to know:

• Students receive four quarterly bills each academic year—deposits are credited to the fourth quarter bill
• Housing bills are emailed to student’s wisc.edu email accounts
• Students receiving financial aid have extended payment due dates for the 1st and 3rd quarter bills
• During the year you may receive notices regarding additional charges which have been posted to residents’ Housing accounts. Examples include charges for loaner keys, lock changes, damages or movie rentals.
