The Residential Network (ResNet) is managed by the Division of University Housing Information Technology Department. Our mission is to provide high quality ResNet services to students and conference guests living in University Housing.
University Residence Halls
Rooms are provided with Internet access, expanded basic cable TV and local telephone service. Charges for ResNet services are included in your Housing contract. The Voice, Video and Data sections of this web site provide you with the information you need to use these services.
University Apartments
Eagle Heights Apartments are provided with Internet access in each bedroom and living room, while University Houses Apartments are provided with Internet access on the main floor. Charges for ResNet services are included in your monthly rent. The Data section of this web site provides you with the information you need to use this service. Cable TV and telephone services are arranged by individual residents through private providers.
Conference Guests
Rooms are provided with Internet and digital television access using your computer. Expanded
basic cable television is available in each room using your own television. Data and video cables
are available for purchase at your hall desk. Telephones in each room provide free campus and local
access, and long distance calls may be made using a pre-paid calling card or credit card. The Conference Services Technology Guide provides you with the information you need to use these
