All residence halls are air-conditioned and provide “student-style” rooms with twin beds, bed linens, pillows, small refrigerators, telephones with free local calls and connections for cable TV and free wired high-speed Internet. Guests may use the kitchen (bring own pans & utensils), lounge areas and laundry facilities at their convenience. Desk services are provided by the adjacent Tripp Desk. Carson’s Dining Room is conveniently located nearby for groups on a meal plan. Adams Hall provides backyard access to the lakeshore path and a sand volleyball court is located next to the building for your recreational enjoyment.

Barnard Hall is a building with charm and distinction located on the corner of University Avenue and Park Street. It offers primarily single occupancy rooms with a limited number of double occupancy rooms. A single gender bathroom facility is conveniently located on each floor and includes private shower areas. Guests may use the kitchen, lounge area and laundry facilities at their convenience. On-site desk services are provided at the main entrance. The first floor lounge provides a television, computer and piano for use during your free time. Barnard Hall is in close proximity to many campus libraries, student union buildings and classrooms.

Groups in Bradley Hall will dine at Frank’s Place Dining Room in Holt Commons. Bradley Hall provides backyard access to the lakeshore path and tennis courts are adjacent to the building for your recreational enjoyment.

Guests may use the kitchen and laundry facilities at their convenience. Computer kiosks are available in the parlor. An outdoor terrace and indoor atrium in the dining room provide picturesque lake views to enhance your dining experience. Elizabeth Waters Hall provides direct access to the lakeshore path and is near many campus libraries, student union buildings and classrooms.
