Cole Hall, a traditional-style hall located along the shores of Lake Mendota, offers single and double occupancy rooms. A single gender bathroom facility is conveniently located on each floor and includes private shower areas. Renovations in summer 2012 included upgrading the laundry facilities, basement lounge, main entry and first floor den. There is a lounge on each floor with a television and comfortable furniture. Guests may use floor lounges and laundry facilities at their convenience. Desk services are provided by the adjacent Holt Commons Desk. Groups in Cole Hall typically dine at Four Lakes Marketplace in Dejope Hall. Cole Hall provides direct access to the lakeshore path and is near tennis/sand volleyball courts as well as the Allen Centennial Gardens.
