Summer Employment Opportunities
You could be part of the important Conference Services Assistant (CSA) summer team. The CSA is a vital part of the University Housing Conference Services program. CSA’s live in the residence halls and respond to time sensitive items to provide efficient, high quality customer service.
Being a CSA provides the perks of free room and board, plus you develop many skills that employers value. You will work in collaborative and autonomous situations, developing critical thinking skills, problem solving and making decisions, and using a variety of means for communication. You will serve campus departments, corporate executives and guests from all around the world.
CSAs work closely with Facilities, Desk Services, Information Technology, Dining and Catering Services staff teams to plan check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, meals, catered events, meeting arrangements and technical services for over 15,000 guests. We look to have a diverse staff to contribute to our high standards to serve guests and planners during 14 weeks in the summer.
