Request for ResNet Wired Network Access
ResNet uses a network registration system that requires all users to register their computers with a valid campus NetID before connecting. For more information on registration see our NetReg page.
This form is only for guests and temporary residents that can not receive a regular NetID through UW-Madison. Residents with questions about NetID's should visit DoIT's NetID activation page.
