Welcome to Tripp Hall
Choose your own adventure.
You are invited to become part of a tradition dating back to the 1920s when students living in Tripp Hall set a national standard for integrating academic life and social activities with the support of their House Fellow.
Tripp Hall offers mostly single rooms in a primarily sophomore student environment. The Tripp Backyard is one of the most scenic recreational areas on campus, offering lakefront views and large grassy spaces perfect for reading, playing catch, meeting with other students to plan events, or just lying in the sun!
Join the student hall association, called the Federation of Adams, Slichter and Tripp = FAST!
New to Wisconsin - Not College: Transfer House
So you’ve already started college, right? But you still have some concerns: things like finding other students who haven’t yet found their friend “circle,” adjusting to new class sizes and instruction methods, and finding necessary resources around campus.
University Housing provides a living option specifically designed for you! The Transfer House is comprised of two houses: Frankenburger and Spooner in Tripp Hall.
Frankenburger and Spooner Houses are home to a total of 69 residents within Tripp Hall. This community is only available to transfer students.
By living with other transfer students, it is easier to make social connections and get involved around campus. During your transition, the staff will work to help you meet your academic and social needs.
