Road Construction

The University of Wisconsin - Madison is currently experiencing a number of changes, not only to the facade of campus buildings, but also to many streets and roadways. The City of Madison, Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the University are working to provide the most up-to-date resources for navigating campus and the surrounding area.

Please be aware of key area road construction projects that may impact your travel to and from University Apartments. Some of the key closures include:

University Avenue, just west of campus, will be replaced between Segoe Rd and Allen Blvd.  This work is expected to last into Fall of 2012- lane closures create significant delays at peak travel times.

Oxford Rd. in Shorewood Hills is closed from University Bay Drive to Bowdoin Rd. This closure is expected to last through the summer.
