The largest "neighborhood" in University Apartments is Eagle Heights, with 1044 apartments spread out on beautiful grounds. These are one, two, and three bedroom apartments that are unfurnished. Eagle Heights is particularly known for the cultural diversity of the community. Rental rates are intentionally kept at or below the market rate for apartments in Madison. There are a wide range of services offered on site, including high speed internet connectivity; a Community Center; a gymnasium; classes and programs; 24-hour emergency maintenance response; and on-site child care. Eagle Heights is on the far west side of campus, near University Hospital and Clinics. There is a bike path and a free bus to and from campus. MORE
