Who is Eligible?

Single UW-Madison graduate and professional school students are eligible to live in the Harvey Street Apartments. Applications are prioritized by the date they are received in the University Apartments Office.

Living Alone or with a Roommate

Applicants may apply for a one bedroom apartment for themselves alone, a two bedroom apartment for themselves alone, or a two bedroom apartment with one roommate. Both the primary leaseholder and the roommate need to have an eligible student affiliation.

Each roommate is jointly and severally liable for the rent, as well as observing all conditions of the lease.
