Apartment Facilities Services
Our goal is to respond to all service calls within 2 working days after we receive the request.
Services we provide:
- Provide picture hooks
- Replace electrical fuses at University Houses (the first time and on a case by case basis.)
- Replace vent fan and exhaust hood filter
- Replace light bulbs (on a case by case basis)
- Replace broken window shades
- Provide window security pins/ stops
- Install weather stripping on doors and windows
- Re-caulk around tub and sinks
- Install air conditioner (in sleeve) in Eagle Heights/Harvey Street for a charge (air conditioner provided by resident)
- Install one window air conditioner per apartment in University Houses free of charge (air conditioner provided by resident)
- Install chain latches on apartment entry doors
- Provide locks for storage cage - same key as your apartment
Services we do not provide:
- Accept packages for residents
- Rent equipment (tools, vehicles, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- Provide adapters for plumbing hookups
- Provide shower curtains
- Provide and install extra shelving
- Store items for residents
- Allow residents to leave items in apartment for next resident
- Provide alternate storage
- Remove snow from personal parking spots
