University Houses

University Houses, built in 1948, currently serves faculty, academic staff, and postdoctoral scholars (post docs) and families. Beginning July 1, 2008, student families and single graduate students will also become eligible for University Houses. 

By design, the rental rates are competitive with the surrounding community, and residents benefit from the convenient location, prompt service, convenient transportation to campus, programs, and events. If you are looking for a comfortable place to live with a neighborhood feel, University Houses at the UW-Madison could be the home you are looking for.
