The Lease

Leases can begin at any point during the year, but all leases end on June 30 of each year. Leases may be renewed for a 12 month period based on continued eligibility.

Beginning with the 2008-2009 lease year, the new maximum length of stay will become 96 months (8 years).  Eagle Heights and Harvey Street residents already have a length of stay maximum of 96 months.  Length of stay will be calculated on total months in all neighborhoods of University Apartments.
