COMMUNITY EVENTS

Madison Winter Festival
Feb. 1 -2

The Madison Winter Festival is one of the oldest annual community events in the area celebrating and promoting outdoor sports, recreation, art and healthy lifestyles in the winter. The festival has served the greater Madison area community since 2005.

Winter Bike Week
Feb. 1 – 8

Winter Bike Week is back for 2019! From February 1 to February 8, we and our partners will bring a wide range of events that celebrate riding in the cold to you!

Science Saturday: Secret Science of Sports
Feb. 8

This event is free and open to the public. It features interactive exploration stations for children and families. Discover the science behind your favorite sports! Meet UW student-athletes from Badgers Give Back, test your strength and knowledge, explore the life of a student-athlete, practice your speed and quickness, meet Bucky Badger and more.

International Festival
Feb. 29

Join us in celebrating the rich cultural heritage within our community and enjoy more than 30 FREE performances throughout Overture by artists who call Dane County home. Indulge in cuisines from around the world, browse stunning arts and crafts available for purchase and learn about the many local businesses with global connections.
