Adjusting Expectations

Our University Apartments team pride ourselves on excellent customer service.  During this unprecedented world-wide COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to adjust the way we operate. This includes staff working from home, limited staffing due to childcare needs, and now furloughs that are affecting our operations as well. Please know that we are still open virtually and will assist you as soon as we can.

We will still prioritize maintenance requests based on need, so replacing a light bulb may take longer than normal. When you place a work order online, you will receive an email stating if it is approved or denied.  If it is denied, our staff will provide a reason. If that work order is approved, please know we are working as quickly as we are able to complete that work for you. Our staffing structure usually includes student staffing, but once again due to COVID-19 we were unable to have student staffing for the summer.

We understand that with most residents working from home, and children learning at home, this has caused the internet to be a little slower. If you are having any issues with your internet, please call the DoIt Help Desk at 608-264-4357.
