In-Person Office Transitions

Beginning August 16, 2021, Human Resources will be transitioning to a hybrid in-person/remote work environment. We are currently cleaning, consolidating our space, reshaping our existing office layout, and balancing the needs of our HR Representatives in preparation for reopening in the fall.
As customer service continues to be our top priority, all our HR representatives will all be available for your needs virtually and/or onsite Monday-Friday.

  • Walk-in hours will resume between 9am-4:00pm, August 16, 2021.
  • Stay tuned for updates as we move closer to fall.

Single Payroll

The Housing Payroll team continues to prepare for the transition of all employees onto a single, biweekly pay cycle.

  • Emails went out on June 11 to Academic Staff who will be impacted by the Single Payroll transition and those who may need to take action due to the transition.
  • The campus Office of Human Resources sent an email on June 14 with information about a loan that is available to Academic Staff who may experience a financial hardship during the transition in the payroll schedule.

End of Furlough

As we approach June 30, the Housing Payroll team continues to audit and upload employee furlough usage. Employees and supervisors should make a plan to ensure that all furlough is used prior to June 30.
