We wanted to remind all Eagle Heights residents that from August 27 – September 8, a small set of open apartments in the 700s, 800s, and 900s will used by international students who tested negative for COVID-19 prior to traveling. These undergraduates are required to self-quarantine after arrival in the United States before moving to their residence hall. They will be required to wear masks in public and asked to only leave their apartment for essential business (work, medical appointments, getting food, etc.), and they will be following protocols similar to those for new international graduate students who move into University Apartments.
After this, these units will be used on an as-needed basis by undergraduate residence hall students who test positive for COVID-19 (isolation) or who have had potential exposure (quarantine). These students will be expected to stay in their apartments throughout the duration of their isolation and quarantine period and follow guidelines to prevent interaction with Eagle Heights residents.
