The volume of packages sent to our residence halls has grown exponentially in recent years, and this fall we’re seeing this volume rise even more than expected. As a result, you may see some delays in packages being processed for you to pick up. We are using additional staff to help sort packages, and we anticipate that processing times will get better as the volume gets closer to normal after these first weeks of the school year. As one option to consider, deliveries ordered from Amazon can be sent to the Amazon Hub Locker at Sellery Hall, which may be able to process those packages more quickly.
