The Community Center is now open for private rentals after business hours starting on November 1st, 2021.
If you have a party, event, or an occasion that you need additional space for the rooms (including the large gym and kitchen) are available for rent at the Community Center.
The hourly rates are in the table, and it will be billed to your account.
Rentals are only available to residents of University Apartments. When it comes to make your reservation, your group is University Apartments Resident (you can do a search by typing University Apartments, or UA resident) to get the correct field.
All groups are required to adhere to all campus and Dane County directives related to COVID-19 safety protocols.
All groups must be in compliance with any University/State of Wisconsin food regulations. All room reservation requests must be made two business days prior to the event to be considered for available space.
