My role is very much rooted in customer service and answering charge and payment inquiries from student residents and apartment tenants. Our office processes many payments from tuition to housing payments for the residence halls and University Apartments, Eagles Wing Child Care tuition, Wiscard deposits, and even the University Apartments gardening plot reservations to name a few.  I also monitor payment activity and manage communications with our residents and oversee academic hold placements.

Most of my interactions with students are through phone and email, but I love being on campus and the energy that the students bring.

I served on a committee that accomplished combining the housing and tuition bills, for which our team won an administrative improvement award.  I was also nominated to chair the Housing Engagement and Recognition Team and am enjoying working with our team to plan some special events for housing staff.

I’ve traveled to 8 different countries with many more on my bucket list, but Slovenia is my favorite.  However, snuggling on the couch with my two kids is probably my favorite place in the world.
