The implementation of the Title and Total Compensation project title structure paved the way for upcoming enhancements to PMDP. The three enhancements detailed below were released in late December 2021.
With the implementation of the TTC title structure, campus will be able to move forward with final programming and implementation of enhancements to the Performance Management and Development Program (PMDP).
A preview of enhancements:
- Ability to view the Criteria for Success
- Ability to view the employee position description (combination of the standard job description responsibilities and the unique responsibilities).
- Ability to import the responsibilities into a Thirty Day Conversation.
