You have probably noticed that our maintenance request form has changed a little bit. Here are a few minor things to be aware of:
When selecting neighborhoods, either Eagle Heights, Harvey Street, or University Houses, you need to scroll down to select University Houses.
When selecting Eagle Heights, to find your apartment building, click the three dots highlighted below.
That will bring up a popup window. In “Building Code,” type your apartment number and hit the magnifying glass highlighted below.
That will bring up a different window where you will select the checkmark.
After that, you can select which letter you live in and can complete the remainder of the form.
