2.5 months with University Housing, 2.8 years with AgrAbility of Wisconsin/UW Extension

What do you do on a typical day in your job?

Meet with others in Housing to discuss marketing initiatives, work on content and updates for the Housing website, create collateral pieces for the Housing division.

What is your favorite thing about working with students who are living on campus?

While I don’t directly work with the students, I enjoy that everything that comes out of the Marketing office touches them and in some cases, shapes them for the future.

What is a past accomplishment that you’re proud of?

Helping the AgrAbility of Wisconsin team successfully receive their next 4-year grant cycle, and working with a grant-funded program that had been continuously funded for over 30 years.

Where did you grow up?

St. Charles, MN

Where is your favorite place in the world?

Pimushe Resort on Pimushe Lake near Bemidji, MN. Someone in my family has been going there for over 50 years and I have been going off and on since I was little.

What are you passionate about?

My dog, Lottie. I am just trying to always make a better life for her

What is your favorite TV show, movie, or book?

So many to pick from! Outlander, Shameless, and any podcast/documentary about serial killers

What is your favorite family/home tradition?

Showing beef cattle at the MN State Fair with my brothers and our cattle family. While I don’t show cattle anymore, I still love attending the MN State Fair and catching up with all the friends I have made over the years.
