University Apartments Property Stickers

The 2022/2023 property stickers are available. You may collect your assigned stickers from the front office of the University Apartments Community Center, 611 Eagle Heights Dr. The office is open for service Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:45 p.m. Be sure to bring your photo ID and wear a facemask upon entering the building.

The spring/summer storage policy officially went into effect April 1, 2022. If you are keeping approved items outdoors, you will need to change to the new fuchsia color property stickers as soon as possible. The blue stickers expired June 30. The UA Grounds staff are currently issuing warning labels, followed by property removal if items are not stored according to policy. Residents exceeding 10 items may also collect a second property sticker sheet if needed. New residents with leases beginning June 1st and after, you were issued the new property stickers with your check-in materials.
