What do you do in a typical shift?
I am in charge of discipline. In a typical shift, I send out emails scheduling investigation meetings as well as draft last chance warning letters. Every shift I have an investigation meeting with students to figure out the reason for their infractions. Last year, I did orientations and I did great! I loved connecting with each student and explaining how Gordon works.

Discussing with the rest of the Head & Office team about certain aspects of Gordon
What is something you have accomplished in your job that you are proud of?
I have made Gordon a great place to work!
What transferrable skills have you learned?
I have learned how to confront difficult situations as well as to develop great people skills. I have also learned many Human Resources-related tasks and how an office functions.
