The corrected 2024/2025 property stickers are now available. Primary and secondary lease holders may collect assigned stickers from the front office of the University Apartments Community Center, 611 Eagle Heights Dr. The office is open for service Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:45 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Be sure to bring your photo ID to collect your stickers. Please know property stickers are not released to minors.
To avoid having your personal property tagged or removed, you will need to keep all approved items properly stored outdoors with the new property stickers, effective immediately. The Facilities Grounds staff will begin issuing warning labels, followed by property removal if items are not stored according to policy. Use the University Apartments Storage Policy which contains a full list of approved and unapproved outdoor storage items.
