Get ready to secure your K-12 student’s spot and kick off an amazing year with the Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD). Online enrollment begins today, Monday, August 5 at 8 am. Families completing the application will be able to complete the enrollment process fully online, and finish the online enrollment process by providing their student’s enrollment verification documents if applicable:
- Proof of address
- Proof of your child’s date of birth
- Verification of parent/guardian identity and relationship
- Immunization records (unless retrievable through the Wisconsin Immunization Registry)
