University Apartments is currently recruiting for our Resident Manager – Programming. We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to provide outstanding customer service to residents in the University Apartments community. This position develops and coordinates community programs and events to the residents of University Apartments. This role is also responsible for advertising and marketing events, tracking attendance and event budgets, and serving as a resource to residents and guests. Primary hours are split evenly between 2 positions. Monday – Friday between 4pm – 8pm, and Saturday 9am-1pm. Additional hours may vary depending on operational need and events that are scheduled with earlier, later, weekend, and holiday hours as needed. All Resident Managers live in the University Apartments community and serve on-call for residents outside of business hours, responding to questions, concerns, and emergencies.

This is a student position. Applicants MUST be enrolled students and eligible to work in the United States.
Additionally, this position is driving required. The successful candidate needs at least 2 proven years of driving experience, meets driving record standards, and a valid United States or Canadian driver’s license.
