Rent Payments
Rent will be assessed today, Monday, December 23, 2024. You can pay your rent online using a credit or debit card or an electronic check. Paying with a credit/debit card you will pay an additional 2.95% service fee. You can submit a personal check, Cashier’s check, or money order, or make arrangements with your bank to mail a bank check. Mailed checks should be sent to: 611 Eagle Heights Drive, Madison, WI 53705. All checks are made payable to: UW Madison, Division of University Housing. In-person, please place your rent checks in the dropbox, located in the vestibule are of the Community Center. You may seal the check in the white, rent envelopes addressed to the Cashier’s Office.
Check-out Keys
If your lease ends during office closings, you are still required to return your keys. Place and seal your keys inside the yellow, express check-out envelope, located next to the Dropbox in the front entrance’s vestibule of the Community Center. Be sure to leave your name and apartment number where indicated on the envelope. Place the envelope in the Dropbox on the left wall (next to the ATM). The first set of double doors are open 24 hours a day. You may return the keys anytime.
