Conference registration is now closed. We are no longer accepting cancellations or refunds. If you have a substitution, please email us.
Cost: $275.00 per person
Registration includes the Monday evening reception, and breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Hotel
Late Reservations: All rooms at the Madison Concourse Hotel are now booked for the conference dates. If you still need to reserve a room for the conference, we recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites Madison, located at 440 West Johnson Street, three blocks from the Concourse.
The Madison Concourse Hotel
The Madison Concourse Hotel is conveniently located near State Street, the State Capitol, and the University of Wisconsin campus, and it is just 5 miles from Dane County Regional Airport, offering several non-stop flights into Madison, Wisconsin. It offers 373 guest rooms and 27,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
All meeting sessions for the conference will be conveniently located at the Concourse.

Rates listed above are specifically for this room block. All reservations must be guaranteed on a credit card. All reservations cancelled after 4:00 p.m. CST 24 hours prior to arrival and all no-shows are charged one night room and tax.

Complimentary airport shuttles are offered (as space permits). Parking is maximum $17/day, $10 for overnight guests.
Transportation
The University of Wisconsin – Madison is centrally located in the heart of Madison, Wisconsin. It is convenient to Interstate 90/94 for access to Milwaukee, WI and Chicago, IL airports.
Madison is home to the Dane County Regional Airport which serves more than 100 daily flights and is an approximate 15-20 minute taxi ride from campus.
